ok this is going to be long?
OK. I’m a 14 year old girl who loves happiness, excitement and many other emotions that i know it’s part of everyone’s life. I love getting mad, and getting sad. I love the fact that i have friends and family. I love the fact that i have a great imagination. I love the fact that i love all types of music and the fact that i love having alone times and talking through my feelings about a special person. I love the fact that i can get excited over something so little. I love the fact that i am me. But all that fell apart on December 26, 2009. That was the time i woke up at 4 something in the morning to something that i thought was a horrible experience. Now you might think this is stupid but to me it was something that i had to get over quick. I woke up that morning and heard my heater turn on, instantly i thought there was a ghost in my home. I was so terrified but the terror didn’t get to me until later that day. After that all my emotions felt like they we’re gone and there was only one feeling left and lurkes in the pit of my stomach and through my body. This feeling is very hard to explain but it makes me want to cry and it gives me intense fear, that anywhere i look i feel like i’m seeing something. It makes me shake intensly i can’t sleep at night but i feel sleepy at day, i can’t eat i can’t use my laptop or listen to my ipod or even talk to my friends or family, i felt TERRIBLE.So 3 days later i told my mom and she said that she turned on the heater alittle earlier and it was just a fault. After she told me that i felt like 1 million pounds have been lifted off my shoulders. I felt better about a day, then the feeling came back! But this time i prefered my house being hunted that me having the feeling because i can get away from a haunted house. I cried most of the time, anywhere my mom goes i must follow. I thought dying is the best way. A few weeks later it was a day before school and two days before that i felt happy again, but then the feeling kinda came back because i thought school! I thought what if i go to school and this horrid feelings come back, what would i do? Then a week of school past and i felt kinda ok again. And now it’s not as much as before. I can eat, sleep, watch TV, use my laptop, talk to my friends and laugh. But i still have some of left inside me but it’s not intense. It comes and go, but i sometimes barely feel it and i ignore it, but you can see that i’m suffering. Do you think it’s going away gradually and eventually it would disappear forever?

PS: I have a crush now, and going to school to see my friends and my crush makes me feel soo much better.

If pregnant women love sex so much, as stated in my last question moments ago,….?
,..then WHY, according to the sci-fi movies 1993 "Demolition Man"(starring Sylvester Stallone and Sandra Bullock) and 1996 movie "Last Exit to Earth",…those women did NOT care for sex with men at all? It doesn’t make sense.

A) In Demoliltion Man, the woman didn’t care for sex and didn’t mind being in a sexless future. She was not horny or missing it at all.

B) In the preview of Last Exit too Earth(no, I didn’t see the movie, but I’m assuming the preview reflected the entire movie), why when one of those women needed a sperm sample from a fertile male, she didn’t care for any foreplay or sex with him? He was like "What? No Foreplay"? If they lived in a world with very few men they could have sex with, and they liked sex like you claim, shouldn’t they have all been horny and miserable without it? In the preview of the movie, it gave the message that women don’t mind living in a sexless world and are perfectly happy with it like that.

EXPLAIN THAT…
I don’t know about you, but I would rather commit suicide or castrate myself than live in a sexless world like that since keeping my manhood yet knowing I can nbever use it would immense torture beyond belief, though I don’t women can say the same thing about sex with their womanhood.

I love the Johnny Depp version of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber on Fleet Street. Everyone is asking Yahoo Answers where to download it for free, but I don’t want to do that. I was wondering where I could find the 2007 Sweeney Todd download and buy it. I checked Itunes first and they have that wierd UK 2006 copy of it but thats all. Blockbuster.com doesn’t have it available for download.

The match is underway with Liam and Christian Impact starting off. Impact slaps Liam. Which anti-anxiety medication would work best?
I have been suffering from panic disorder and generalized anxiety since I was diagnosed at 15. For a few years i was on medication to treat just about everything (paxil for depression,klonopin for anxiety, xanax for panic, depakote for mood, etc) Three years ago I decided enough was enough, and that I would like to live a medicine-free life.(I felt like the pills were destroying my body.) With psychotherapy and a LOT of self help and help from God I’ve been able to manage exceptionally well, except for the last month.The panic attacks have come back with a vengeance, and it is even worsening my existing heart condition. I was in deep denial about the prospect of having to manage my anxiety with meds again, but i realized that my quality of life was being seriously destructed by my ongoing fear. I would like to take an anti-anxiety medication ONLY when necessary. Something that will take the edge off but not make me tired enough to interfere with my day.My question is, first of all, is it normal to come out of "remission" from panic disorder after having it under control for so long and, most importantly, what medication would work best to take ONLY when suffering from a panic attack, not every day.Thanks.(Also,one that doesn’t pose the risk for psychosis.)
Also, is Buspar a good choice? Has anyone had good or bad reactions to it? How about panic attacks with derealization? Any meds to help with that?

You should be asking a doctor this question. Really—- most of these anti-anxiety, whatever, drugs are controlled substance. That is, they are addictive. Only a doctor can and should prescribe them.

well that is not the best way to handle anxiety. you need a daily antidepressant to help manage it. i went through 10 different ones before i found one that agreed with my body chemistry. sadly that is about the only way to figure out which one will work best for you. there is not a one size fits all drug out there, you have to find one that works for you. stay off the benzo’s (klonopin, xanax, etc) for best results. those will help in the short term but do not actually treat the problem.

In response to your first question, I imagine it’s easy to come out of a remission from panic disorder. Any little bit of stress could trigger it all over again.

In MY history I’ve only taken Xanax and Valium. Xanax has a short-acting and short half-life, so it acts quickly and leaves your body fairly quickly. Valium has a longer half-life, and takes longer to "kick in" however it isn’t quite as potent as Xanax so it didn’t knock me out. I also used to take an anxiety medication that was non-benzodiazepine related and it was called Buspar. I hear some people get relief from this, but I received no help. I got none of the drowsiness or benzo-related side effects though either.

Lately I’ve been trying some herbal remedies for my anxiety and insomnia. This includes passion flower, skullcap, valerian, kava kava, and lemon balm (melissa). They tend to relax me a little, they work better than the Buspar did, and they have a low risk for addiction and the tolerance issues aren’t as common with them. If you’re interested in that, you could google "anxiety herbal remedies" and go to a health food store for them. I just figured it was worth a shot for me if it got me off of prescription medications.

Anyway, I wish you luck with your anxiety! It’s a tough road to travel.

Edit: I have tried Buspar, unfortunately it gave me little to no actual relief, though some people actually get help from it, but it was something I was supposed to take daily, not as needed. However, the side effects were very minimal, so that’s a plus side. It could help you.

I have had an anxiety disorder sense childhood. Like you mine has gone in "remission" at times.

When I have had to restart a medication I have started with .5mg of klonopin 2xs a day.

it’s not a large dose and it doesn’t give you that mind fog.

I would ask the doctor for klonopin, and take it as needed.

Prologue

You get three chances when you play my game. Three strikes, and your out, of life. Lives had been taken, and I had been cast from Heaven, to live for eternity on earth. But there is one thing they forgot to check, one thing they tried to look over; I was tainted while I was in Heaven, and I had infected the Angels. So as I got to relax on the warm beaches of the Jamaican islands, I listened above as pure chaos erupted, and laughed lightly at how ignorant angels really were. How they thought nothing bad could happen to them, nothing bad at all, and then I had to get infected, and I ruined the facade. I ruined the false sense of security, and completely obliterated the dystopia that stood above all else. If there is one thing that had been feared, above and below, it was the one thing that couldn’t be stopped. And that thing was me. I was the one that haunted children’s nightmares, and the one that started wars. I was the one who played out the Stock Markets, and created the depression, and I was the one who spread the disease. I was the first to have it, it was mystery to everyone but me. I infected myself, because I was born with a power to go to a place only the dead knew, a ghoulish playground full of horror, and sickness. Spirits lie there, unable to get out. It wasn’t hell, it was lower, a place even the Devil himself feared to go, and it was my hideout from the world. My hideout from the Death Camp above, and there, I became the most feared creature in all the lands. There, I became Baidijas, The Feared One.

Chapter 1 - A Nightmare in the Park

It was dark that night, I can remember that much, and I was watching my prey intently. Watching his every movement as he kissed his girlfriend on the cheek, and lifted her up over his shoulder. I was covered by the trees, their dark limbs keeping my pale white skin from being seen in the pitch blackness. I shuffled around, getting ready to attack, the boy and his girl turned around. Their heads peering around the jungle gym, their eyes filled with the fear of knowing something was near. They sensed the danger I had omitted from where they were sitting, which was a good hundred yards away. I took the liberty to step out of my cover, my deadly smile causing the girl to shriek in terror. I could smell her blood from here, the boy trying to cover it with his body. He knew what I was, I had shown myself to him before, tried to kill him even. But I felt something there, something deeper than I had ever felt, and I let him go. It was my worst decision, but my best idea.

"Get away." He yelled, but I was already gone, standing behind the oblivious couple know, slowly biting down on the girls neck. Before I knew it, the blood was drained and I heard slowing sirens in the distance, and I knew I had to get out. But I was stuck, surrounded by the stark nothingness of nature. "You’re dead." The boy repeated, smiling at me, just as I had smiled at him, but it took no affect on me This boy hadn’t known how powerful I was. This boy, even though I had met him before, hadn’t known how much I hated him for messing up my heart.

"Nothing can kill me." I said and let my eyes turn red, not just the irises, but the whole eye. Blood overflowed, and my mouth opened up, reviling my set of shark teeth, two lines of razor sharp teeth. He backed up a little, as I heard the firemen break down the iron gate to the children’s park, and I stepped back into the police officers hand cuffs, because quite honestly, I wanted to let them think they won. I wanted to create utter disappointment.

just a little sneak peak into the rough draft of my story. I mean like rough rough. It kinda sucks, just tell me if you like the idea.

It sounds original and very well thought out. i already have a sense of the main character. The only thing you have to be wary of is not to turn it into a cliche, as many vampire-ish (i know she isn’t, but you get what i mean with the monster side) novels turn out. keep writing, can’t wait to read more.
